  • Monee Dulay

    Master Trainer/Instructor

“Hi! I am a San Diego native and moved to Washington in the Summer of 2019. I discovered Pilates through Club Pilates back in 2013 and immediately fell in love with how it challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Needing a change from a high-stress sales career in the biotech industry, I decided to go through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. I received my Pilates certification in 2015. Pilates played a significant role in helping me gain physical strength, mental clarity, and confidence that I wanted to share these gifts with others. I am also Trigger Point, Barre Above and TRX, and ActivMotion Bar Certified. In addition to being an instructor, I am also a Master Trainer for Club Pilates. Outside of the studio, I am also a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Licensed East Asian Medicine Practitioner. In my free time, I enjoy spending my time with my fur babies, hiking, being outdoors, traveling, and getting lost in a book.”

  • Ryo Chea

    Instructor

Ryo is certified in Stott Pilates, Total Barre, and Trigger Point. The world of Pilates is all she needs when it comes to functional movements for the mind and body. She finds it rewarding that she can share this with others. She hopes to see you in her classes! A few things she enjoys is sweet Dungeness crab dipped in lemon butter with a side of creamed spinach, a petite medium-rare steak, a strong White Russian for dessert, and she’s happy! She’s a night owl, and that’s when she dives into the UFO world of advanced technology and interstellar communication... the truth is out there! She plans on refreshing her sewing skills this coming year. The last thing she sewed was an apron in her 7th grade Home Economics class, which she still uses for gardening.

  • Elise Crumpacker

    Instructor

Elise is a graduate of Club Pilates 500 hour Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. She began teaching classes in the Spring of 2018. She has over 10yrs of personal Pilates experience and attributes Pilates to her recovery following 3 complicated pregnancies. After joining Club Pilates as a Member, she wanted to grow in her practice as well as gain the knowledge to work with others. Her passion is to help others to improve their strength, mobility, and flexibility so they may live healthier lives. “My goal is for each client to leave my class, feeling that they did something good for their body and positive for their mind. I love that Pilates can be practiced by everybody and across all stages of life. The benefits go far beyond what we do in the studio. We are helping build a stronger, happier, and healthier community.” – Elise

  • Jocelyn Wilson

    Instructor

I fell in love with Pilates the first time I laid on a reformer. Everything about Pilates, the breath, the connection to your mind & body, and all the exercises. I took my Pilates training through Club Pilates and have been Club Pilates Certified since September of 2017. I have been certified in TRX, Barre Above, and Trigger Point since 2017, who all collaborate with Club Pilates. Some of my hobbies include hanging out with my husband and mini Australian Sheppard, going on walks, to the park, and the river/beach. I love staying active, so when I am not practicing Pilates, I will either be at OrangeTheory or a barre class. Something exciting about myself is that I also have my certification in Cosmetology. So, after Pilates class, we could work in a partial foil and haircut.

  • Sarah Martinez

    Instructor

Sarah started as a Pilates student and is now an instructor. She was introduced to fitness and her love for it on her weight loss journey. She tried Pilates three years ago when she worked for Lululemon. The first class felt easy, but then she couldn’t laugh the next day because she was so sore. It was love at first plank! She has lost 80 pounds and kept it off over the last 5 years. She holds her certified personal trainer certificate from NASM and has been a trainer for 4 years. When she isn’t doing Pilates, you will find her at OrangeTheory coaching as head coach. She spends most of her free time with her big Great Dane, Thor. She enjoys walking with Thor, summer sun, red wine, and green smoothies. Her favorite part of Pilates class is extension!

  • Wendy Woodside

    Instructor

Wendy started working for Club Pilates in 2018. She is a graduate of the Club Pilates Teacher Training program and a certified dance teacher. Her favorite classes to teach are Flow, Suspend, and Cardio Sculpt. Wendy's focus is on functional movement and helping people create a strong core for life, work, and play. As someone that used to sit at a desk in a high-tech environment, Wendy understands the physical challenges of a sedentary job. She enjoys helping people move their bodies to create proper movement patterns and build core strength. Wendy's background includes Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and Dance. To spice things up, she loves to incorporate dance moves into classes. When not in the studio, Wendy is out hiking, snowshoeing, and in her art studio. She is an avid crafter and the caretaker of her family genealogy records. Quote - "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." - CS Lewis"

  • LouBee Zielinski

    Instructor

Howdy! As an advocate for life-long, active play (especially as we age), I enjoy helping others find joy in their movement and confidence in their bodies so that they may take every opportunity life presents to them. Pilates has enabled me to run trails, climb rocks, fall off rocks and generally frolic around the PNW in ways I never imagined possible after my back surgery 12 years ago. In the time since Pilates has improved my bodily awareness and provided the endurance necessary for everything from trans-Pacific flights to week-long hikes. I began teaching movement 10 years ago in the karate dojos of Okinawa, Japan, then moved on to the yoga mat, and now I am fully trained through STOTT Pilates. I love the opportunity to work with anyone seeking to improve how they move, feel, and think about their bodies in either group or private classes. My favorite things to do with my body are play outside, love on animals, dance, eat, and acro (partnered acrobatics; also known as acro yoga to some, and the most fun I have playing as an “adult”).

  • Jessie Dahlke

    Instructor

Jessie is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor. She is grateful for body awareness, and inner strength Pilates has helped her achieve. Jessie looks forward to sharing her passion and insight with fellow fans. She hopes you always leave her class feeling better than you arrived. When Jessie isn't teaching, she loves to relax at home or in nature with her boyfriend, Josh. They both moved here from Houston and are thoroughly enjoying all that the PNW has to offer!
